Odoo implementation and support from Bangkok
Your Odoo Partner in Thailand
Stenas Digital is an Odoo partner based in Bangkok. We take an Odoo project from first scoping call to go-live and beyond: configuration, Thai accounting and payroll localisation, LINE and logistics integration, user training and long-term support. Recognised as Best Starting Odoo Partner in APAC 2024.
Why work with a local Odoo partner
Odoo is the same software everywhere. What differs is whether the partner implementing it understands how a Thai company actually books a VAT invoice, runs a payslip, or talks to its customers. We are in Bangkok, our consultants work in Thai and English, and the Thai-specific parts of the system are something we build every week rather than something we outsource.
A team you can sit down with
Workshops, training and go-live support happen in person in Bangkok when the project needs it, not only over a call in another timezone.
Thai localisation as standard
VAT and withholding tax handling, Thai statutory reporting and Thai payroll are part of the implementation, not a change request after go-live.
Multilingual consultants
Our implementation team supports projects in Thai, English, Japanese, French, German and Dutch, which matters when a Thai subsidiary reports to a parent company abroad.
What we implement
A single Odoo database covering the apps your business actually runs on. Start with what is urgent, add the rest once the team is comfortable.
Sales and CRM
Quotation templates, pricelists, approval flows and a sales pipeline your managers will actually keep up to date.
Inventory and purchasing
Multi-warehouse stock, barcode and lot or serial traceability, reordering rules and vendor bill control.
Manufacturing and quality
Bills of materials, work orders, production scheduling and quality checkpoints tied to the shop floor.
Accounting and finance
A Thai chart of accounts, tax invoices and receipts, and the statutory reports your accounting team already files.
HR, payroll and timesheets
Thai payslips, leave approval, timesheets and employee records in one place.
Retail, POS and website
Point of sale synchronised with stock and accounting, plus an Odoo website and e-commerce front end.
The full catalogue, including managed services and custom development, is on our Odoo services page.
Thai localisation: accounting, payroll, e-Tax
This is the part most international partners leave to someone else. It is the part we do ourselves.
Thai accounting
Odoo set up to follow Revenue Department practice: VAT handling and PP30 reporting, withholding tax and PND reports, withholding tax certificates (50 Tawi), tax invoices and receipts. More detail on Odoo Thai accounting.
Thai payroll
Salary structures, social security and personal income tax calculation, digital payslips and automatic journal entries into the same database. More detail on Odoo Thai payroll.
e-Tax Invoice and e-Receipt
We integrate Odoo with e-Tax Invoice and e-Receipt so documents issued in Odoo flow into your filing process. We set up and connect the system; your accountants stay in control of what is filed.
LINE and Thai logistics integration
In Thailand the customer conversation happens on LINE and the order ends up on a delivery truck. Odoo should know about both.
LINE Official Account connected to Odoo
Handle LINE OA conversations alongside your other channels, capture enquiries straight into Odoo CRM as leads, and send order and delivery notifications back to the customer on LINE.
Delivery, payment and third-party systems
We build API integrations between Odoo and the shipping providers, payment gateways, marketplaces and legacy systems you already use, so stock and cash positions stay in one place.
How an implementation runs
Two routes, chosen at the start depending on how much of your process is standard.
01. Quickstart approach
Align your processes to the Odoo standard for a smooth implementation, without unnecessary customisation.
02. Reasonable project scope
Go live with a minimum viable scope as soon as possible, then build from there.
03. Analysis approach
Structured workshops to set scope, integration and budget, ideal for complex transitions such as replacing an existing ERP.
Either route ends the same way: user training and knowledge transfer before go-live, then ongoing support, maintenance and new functionality as the business changes.
